How does Lakefront Exteriors support a healthy work/life balance?

We are very flexible especially when it comes to employees being present for their families.  We encourage making time for school events, and being present in their family’s lives.  Our employees only work 40 hour weeks, Monday through Friday – there is no weekend work.

We believe in the golden rule when it comes to our customers and employees – to treat them exactly how we would want to be treated.  We feel like when people are treated with the respect that they deserve, it makes the workplace a comfortable space.  And when our employees feel comfortable to be their best, it creates the best possible customer experience as well.

What growth opportunities does Lakefront Exteriors offer?

We believe in internal promotions, or promoting from within.  We don’t rule out someone that starts as a laborer becoming a team leader quickly if they display the qualities of a leader, take initiative, are good problem solvers, and excel at customer service.   All holidays are paid time off, two weeks of vacation time after 60 days of employment.  We also match up to 3% of employee contributions with an employee retirement program.  

How does Lakefront go above and beyond?

We offer the opportunity to be part of a thriving and growing company with a mindset of bettering those around us.  We would argue that our people are compensated well above the market in comparison to similar job duties as our competitors. We care about our employees, and are giving our people almost two weeks of paid time off during the holiday season.  Basically, if the company is doing well, so will our employees…every time!

What does Lakefront do to support the community?

We sponsor local sports teams for youth.  We are also active in community events such as parades, trunk or treat events, and also a stuff a truck event to help those in need with keeping food in the pantry.
